"Annabelle"

Based on a Sam Shen SB100,Eric Bishop's "Annabelle" is a rockabilly machine with class. Eric desired a bass with rich coloring and classy details, yet still possess a touch of "creepiness." The deep, translucent red adds life and richness, while the shading adds age. The inlaid purfling was coupled with a black binding and ivory pinstripe for a detailed, yet clean accent around the bass. Gold hardware tops it off. The setup was performed for fast slap, with a low string height and Eurosonic Ultra Light strings.
